About the artist
Drawn to the complicated, extreme, and lively, Jane's artwork is marked by robust colour, principles, and geometry. In her words, "My fondness for horizontals, verticals, and angles, and the forms they create is evident in my work. I dive right into a painting! In a way, my artwork presents powerful glimpses of everyday scenes." Her modern impressionist art pieces have been selected for various local, regional, and national exhibits, including the Annual Newport Art Museum, the National Show of the Arizona Pastel Artists Association, the Northeast National Pastel Exhibition, and the International Exhibition of the Colourado Pastel Society. She resided in Saunderstown, RI.
