About this artwork
Joan Crawford, born on March 23, 190? and died on May 10, 1977, was a well known American actress. She was celebrated for her wide range of roles and in-depth acting skills in both film and television. A testament to her talents, this snapshot is from the 1932 drama 'Letty Lynton'. In the film, Crawford portrayed a New York high society lady attempting to end a romantic entanglement by moving to Uruguay.
