Born in 1935, multifaceted artist Anne Hickmott demonstrated her aptitude in various areas such as painting, graphic design, photography, and printmaking. Her notable career spanned designing for transportation firms including BEA, BOAC, and BR, as well as coach companies, creating visually appealing travel posters. Hickmott extended her creative prowess to the BBC and book cover design, embodying versatility and a deep appreciation for aesthetics.
