Your Britain - Fight for it Now (Alfriston Fair)

Frank Newbould

#433290

(read reviews)
‘Your Britain - Fight for it Now (Alfriston Fair)’ is part of a series of posters produced by British designer Frank Newbould. This poster is an example of how an inter-war travel poster style continued to be used throughout the war to arouse patriotic feelings for an idealised Britain, defined by a scene of civilians enjoying various rides and attractions at a county fair. This print is colour matched to the original and approved by the Imperial War Museum. Every purchase supports the work of the museum.
